Is the pavement condition assessment really free?
Yes — no charge and no obligation. The written report is yours whether or not you hire FGG. If the pavement is in good condition, that is what the report will say.
A walk of the property, measured and photographed, returned as a written report with a prioritized repair schedule and budget figures. It is free, it carries no obligation, and the report is yours regardless of who does the work. For a property manager or a board it is documentation before it is a quote.
Step 1
You do not need to attend, though it helps if there is history worth knowing.
Step 2
Measured, photographed, defects logged with locations. Drainage and path-of-travel noted.
Step 3
A written PDF, structured so it can go into a property file as documentation or a board packet as line items without being rewritten.
Step 4
Do the work, stage it, or do nothing. If the pavement has years left, the report says so.

Measured square footage by surface, a photographed defect log with locations, trip-hazard and ADA path-of-travel notes, drainage observations, a remaining service life estimate per area, and a repair schedule split into this year, next year and monitor, with line-item budget figures.
That is one of its better uses. Boards and property managers usually receive three bids describing three different jobs. Issuing one written scope to every bidder is the only way the numbers become comparable.
The same coating as a driveway, applied at a scale that has to be phased around tenants.
